Kelly Frank

Kelly Frank officially joined Knight Agency in 2023, but has worked with Knight as a client since 2005. During the course of her 25+ year career in human resources, she served as the SVP of HR-Americas for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide and held HR leadership positions at The Walt Disney Company, as well.



Danielle Krischik

Danielle is a partner and the Chief Strategy Officer at Knight Agency. As such, she has worked with clients to build brands from the inside-out – as Knight believes that without a strong, positive and rewarding employee experience, consumer promises cannot be fulfilled. With deep experience in communication and engagement, Danielle enables leaders to use storytelling to connect differently with their teams, manage strategy and drive performance.
