As we near the start of 2025, Minnesotans are looking toward the future. In particular, many are turning their attention to the new Paid Family & Medical Leave Law, which was passed in May of 2023 but will take effect on January 1, 2026.
Under this program, employers will be required to provide covered employees with up to 20 weeks of leave to care for themselves and their family members. As the effective date for this law approaches, employers should prioritize understanding its implications and upcoming compliance requirements.
During this on-demand webinar, attendees will hear from CBIZ’s Vice President of Employee Benefit Regulatory Affairs on:
- The fundamentals of Minnesota’s new Paid Family & Medical Leave Law
- What this new law means for Minnesota employers
- Action items for employers ahead of the program effective date
- And more
