The last day of 2020 marks the end of an important safe harbor for organizations that received a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan. Organizations have until Dec. 31, 2020, to return their workforce to full staff without consequences to their PPP loan forgiveness eligibility.

Our webinar will recap what PPP loan recipients need to know for the end of the year, including prospects for future legislative changes following the resolution of the 2020 election and potential tax ramifications for their loans.

Topics will include:

  • A review of major PPP deadlines
  • Summary of recent SBA clarifications and frequently asked question additions
  • The PPP Loan Necessity Questionnaire for PPP loans of $2 million or greater
  • PPP modifications being discussed in stimulus legislation
  • Tax implications for PPP loans

Your Expert Presenters Are:
