One constant in the current business climate is change. Being prepared for unforeseen events defines the most admired companies. Career Transition Programs provide much needed direction during periods of uncertainty. Surprisingly, they benefit both separated resources and those retained as well. We’ll explore the reasons why you should have a Career Transition Program, what successful programs should consist of, and the options for implementation.
