What is your spark, and how can you translate it to your everyday life and relationships? To take on this month’s challenge, complete at least one of the following activities:
- Find a way to apply your talents outside your workplace. Consider volunteering or joining an organization you’re passionate about.
- Identify a mentor and reach out to them to set a regular meeting to discuss your career/life path or advice they can offer to you.
- Create a vision board of your best self. Add inspirational quotes that resonate with you and images that reflect your wellbeing goals.
- Write three things you enjoyed doing in your day and three things you didn’t like doing every day to discover more about yourself.
