CBIZ Payroll and Retirement Integration

Seamless | Automated | Efficient

How can this integration benefit you?

CBIZ’s Payroll and Retirement Plan integration eliminates the need for duplicate data entry, reduces the risk of manual errors and gives your team time back in their workday. Additionally, integration allows auto-enrollment to trigger when new employees are eligible, increases the accuracy of money type classification, and makes your annual testing and audit more efficient. CBIZ offers both 180 and 360 integration options.

180 Integration:

  • Changes made in your CBIZ Payroll System, including name, hire date, address, hours worked, and compensation, are automatically uploaded to your retirement record keeper following each pay date.
  • Full census data is transferred every payroll.

360 Integration:

  • The same benefits of a 180 integration PLUS: Changes made on your record keeper site, including name, address, contribution percentage, and beneficiary, are automatically sent to your CBIZ Payroll System on a regular basis.
