About the Awards

Powered by CBIZ Women’s Advantage, the Women Transforming Business Awards (WTBA), recognizes visionary women in business across the country for their achievement in three categories: Financial Strength, Innovation, and Culture. Awards will be presented to winners in each category, in addition to an overall winner.

2022 Nominations are Open

Do you know a woman who drove the transformation of her business in 2021? Nominate her now to be nationally recognized for her leadership efforts and accomplishments. The application process includes only three questions:

Question 1: Describe the challenges that your nominee’s organization faced during 2021, how she approached them, and the resultant impact of her leadership on the organization and its stakeholders. Provide specific examples of how leadership was demonstrated including, for example, process improvement, customer outreach, or mentoring initiatives. (about 300 Words)

Question 2: What hurdles did your nominee encounter during this process?

Question 3: What takeaways could others learn from your nominee’s achievements?

From December 1 through January 31, CBIZ will be accepting nominations for the 2022 award. Finalists will be announced on March 8, International Women’s Day. At a virtual event at the end of April, the finalists will be recognized and the winners will be announced.
